This is a single-phase isolation transformer designed in accordance with EN61558 and IEC61558 based on the European Low Voltage Directive.

It is classified as a "transformer without a short-circuit protection circuit of double insulation" as an insulated transformer and a safety insulated transformer. For various European countries, CE marking is possible, and a Technical Construction File (TCF) is attached. UL adopts individual certification, and it has obtained UL5085 and CSA. WB Trans JEC Compatible WT Series Domestic Use Only Type

This is a slim, lightweight cost-performance model. It is designed based on the JEC-2200.

It has the function of insulation and voltage boosting/reducing for single-phase circuits. Input and output can be achieved not only through a terminal block but also through lead wires, connectors, etc. The external shape is basically the same as WECA (vertical) / WECC (horizontal). ■Applicable standard: JEC-2200 ■Insulation class: B.H. ■Capacity: 100VA to 2.5kVA ■Voltage: Please specify your desired voltage for the primary side (P) Please specify your desired voltage for the secondary side (S) ● Explanation and precautions regarding inrush current ● WECC, WECA, and WT transformers use high-performance electromagnetic steel plates (0.2mm), and the designed magnetic flux density is significantly higher compared to transformers using standard EI cores. On the other hand, the inrush current during excitation is larger, so when replacing with the current transformer, there is a possibility that the overcurrent protection device on the primary side may malfunction. If the protection device on the primary side is the same as the rated current, the likelihood of malfunction becomes very high, so it is necessary to adopt products designed to suppress inrush current or to increase the rated interrupting current value of the protection device. Since measures against inrush current depend on the compatibility with the protection device, please contact our technical department for special designs, etc.
